Membership terms

Your membership

IMMORTAL operates an independent registry of interest in future longevity technologies. Paid enrollment includes a numbered entry, personalized digital certificate, monthly article access and quarterly project reports. Founding members also receive founding-edition certificates and invitations to quarterly project briefings. Publication and briefing schedules are being established; the first issue has not yet been published.

Prices and renewal

Supporting Member costs $49 per year. Founding Supporter costs $199 per year. These subscriptions charge at purchase and renew automatically each year until canceled. Lifetime Founding Member costs $599 once and has no annual renewal. Advertised amounts are the total membership price; any applicable sales tax is included. Your bank may separately charge currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees.

Cancel future annual renewals at any time through Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid term. We will communicate price changes before renewal.

Refunds

Request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment or an annual renewal by emailing membersupport@immortalregistry.com from your purchase email address. Include your registration number or Stripe receipt. Refunds end the paid benefits associated with the refunded payment. Your original registration record remains unless you request its deletion. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Registration order

All paid tiers use one registration sequence. Numbers are assigned when successful payment confirmation is processed. Payment methods that settle later enroll after payment succeeds. An annual renewal does not create a new registration. Canceling or refunding a payment does not remove an existing registration or its original order. Contact support before changing tiers or purchasing again so we can help preserve your original record and avoid duplicate subscriptions.

Lifetime membership

Lifetime benefits last for the operating life of IMMORTAL; we do not promise that the registry will operate forever. The initial lifetime offer is limited to 50 completed checkouts. Lifetime membership does not move you ahead of earlier registrants.

The initiative’s scope

Membership supports registry operations and outreach to prospective partners. It is not an investment, treatment deposit, medical service or biological preservation service. Provider recognition and adoption are objectives, not existing agreements. Registration does not guarantee immortality, revival, continuity of consciousness, or priority access to any provider’s technology. Future participation would depend on viable technology, provider agreements, eligibility and your consent.

Email and privacy

Purchase confirmations and essential service messages are sent to your purchase email address. Newsletter emails are optional and can be stopped from your private receipt page or by contacting support. See our privacy policy. Keep your receipt link private because it grants access to your certificate and email preference.

Contact and deletion

Email membersupport@immortalregistry.com for support, corrections or deletion requests. We may ask you to verify control of your purchase email. Deletion removes your registry position; joining again creates a new position. Payment records may be retained where required for accounting, disputes or legal obligations.
